CHILDREN ARE THE GOOD OF IVF. RIGHT?

The Alabama Supreme Court ruling has been roundly criticized by both the Right and the Left for its recent IVF ruling. Ironically their ruling actually came to the aid of the claimed “good” of IVF- those conceived. Surely Alabama’s finest moment in a world that has turned a blind eye to the victims of IVF. In fact my own so-called “pro-life” state of Missouri actually enshrined in “law” that human beings conceived via IVF are PROPERTY until and unless they are implanted in the womb. Property!

The Alabama Supreme Court, unlike the Missouri legislature, just followed the science and realized all those human beings left in frozen suspended animation as part of the IVF process deserve equal protection under the law. To say nothing of the 50% plus who are killed outright as part of the standard IVF process..

Never in question are those made in the image and likeness of God who were conceived via IVF. Ever. In fact in their original decision, the Alabama Supreme Court intervened on behalf of three such human beings. How a child is conceived is the responsibility of the parents. Never, ever a reflection on the child.

Unfortunately many accepted IVF on face value. Myopically focusing on the child (always a good) and paying little heed to the actual means of IVF. It’s been decades and we focus on (some of) those conceived and their happy parents while completely ignoring the price others pay (with their lives no less) for that scientific “progress.” . The cost of the Means. And then came along the Alabama Supreme court which refused to turn a blind eye to either.

Pay close attention to all the rhetoric and manipulations being utilized to excuse the moral excesses of IVF. It is fueled exclusively by “the end justifies the means” (or does it?) reasoning of the Quality of Life ethic. Tammy Duckworth, just a few months ago, came to a local abortion mill where I stood while they were killing an entire class of human beings, to promote on that spot that killing as part of an effort to make Illinois a “destination state” for abortionists. Without missing a beat, she now parades herself out as the moral authority on the unborn when it comes to IVF. Attacking anti-abortionists for being….consistent. Sorry America/world you don’t get to have it both ways. If you want IVF, you’ll have to embrace abortion. Tammy knows.

Sadly, rather than standing alongside their Supreme Court, Alabama Republicans are beside themselves trying to figure out a way to keep their jobs. Instead of standing up for the protection of all life. Passing on a much needed opportunity to educate the world about the deadly excesses of IVF.

It is reported that first those Republications actually considered creating in ALABAMA LAW, a new class of citizens called: ““potential life but not human life.” Huh? Creating their own “final solution” Solomon style: just cut the baby human in half! Not having enough votes to make that happen they came up with a proposal “giving doctors who perform in vitro fertilization immunity from civil and criminal prosecution”. Imagine the savings in malpractice insurance alone! That of course leaves mom and child with no protection. Interestingly enough this is the exact same proposal the pro-aborts in Missouri seek to enshrine in our CONSTITUTION in the Fall: complete civil and criminal immunity for abortionists. Restoring Back Alley rules to Missouri. The latter have always been the bottom feeders of the medical profession. We witnessed 15 moms leave the Hopeless abortion mill in IL last year in ambulances. See the connection? They do.

Among the uncounted abortions in the world are the estimated 1.7 million such human beings purposefully killed in the IVF process in the past 21 years.

That doesn’t even include all those left in frozen suspended animation completely deprived of an opportunity to reach their full potential (to say the least). As if they are property of their parents. Yet more planned victims of the IVF process.

It is amazing that when IVF first came along it was hailed as “creating human life”. But when a Court decided to take them up on that “scientific fact” the “humans” suddenly became Leiberstaten. An entirely new class of human beings: sub-human. We really want to be the generation of “AGAIN”?

Here’s an NPR entry decrying such dehumanization. Explaining in some detail: “When people dehumanize others, they actually conceive of them as subhuman creatures,” https://www.npr.org/2011/03/29/134956180/criminals-see-their-victims-as-less-than-human

And yet this is the same NPR on the subject at hand with my comments for clarification lest you get lost in the Olympian semantic gymnastics employed by the authors. The article is completely based on the not so subtle dehumanization of an entire class of human beings. This is really the world we want for our children?

“3. IVF can be used to avoid genetic diseases. …..
Some patients will choose to get genetic testing for embryos before they are transferred. For example, older patients may choose testing because the risks of chromosomal abnormalities in the embryo rise with age. And those who might carry a genetic disease they don’t want to pass on may also opt for tests, Feinberg says. Known as PGT-IVF, for “preimplantation genetic testing,” it can help people avoid devastating illnesses such as Tay-Sachs disease and other conditions.”

Of course they are not avoiding ANY illness. They are “avoiding” by killing those human beings NPR has designated unworthy of (continued) life, NPR”s Leiberstaten. Iceland has all but eliminated Down Syndrome not by finding a cure, but thru a systematic search and destroy mission that eliminated human beings with Down Syndrome by killing them beore they had to rub shoulders with them. We don’t cure a condition by killing those who have it. Rather targeted killings of those who have Down Syndrome (of course to assuage our collective consciences we claim we kill them “for their own good”) is actually the ultimate hate crime. And that includes killing human beings conceived via IVF who happen to have developmental disabilities.

I’ve barely scratched the surface.

Bottom line, human beings conceived via IVF- children of God from the moment of their existence.

IVF? Conceived in the abortion mentality that declassifies an entire group of human beings as sub-human so that Evil (“disguarded” aka killed outright or placed in suspended animation) could be perpetrated upon them.

Sadly as good at the end might be, it always comes via a means that violates the Sanctity of Life ethic. An ethic that insists we have value because we exist and not for the “qualities” we may or may not have. It is why in a just society, even the “good” End never justifies an unjust Means.
